Can I pay by UK cheque / postal order? !

Yes, we are pleased to accept cheques and / or postal orders. Please print the web page detailing your shopping basket, and send it, complete with your name and address send you with order received email.

(Please allow extra time for cheque clearance).

Yes. We will send an automatic email confirmation of your order. This will detail your order with a unique order number. It will also confirm the amount to be deducted from your payment card, and the delivery address. If you wish to cancel, or amend the order in any way, please contact us by email, quoting your order number, or FAX our office . Please note, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once dispatched.

How are goods delivered?

We use DHL company for most of our deliveries. For some of our larger items, we use PTT. For all listed here product , you must expect delivery in approximately 5-7 W/days (subject to PTT normal service). All orders will require a signature on delivery. If no one is in, or if the item is too big for your letterbox, the product will be available for collection at your local Post Office. (please note: The Post Office retains undelivered items for a limited period before the item is returned back to us. In this event, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur a small delivery charge).

Faulty or damaged goods

You may return an item which has been received damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund. Before returning any item(s) please Contact Us.

It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Once the item has been received and verified by us we will issue the refund. In this case we will also refund your return postage.

If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and you will be charged for the carriage costs.

Incorrect Item or not as described

You may return an item which was incorrect or not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage.

Unwanted Item

You have the statutory right to return any item within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. We will not refund any associated postage costs with unwanted items.

our company sells worldwide and therefore we are unable to guarantee the legality of our products. We do not accept liability for any legal action taken against you, and we strongly recommend that you check with the relevant authorities prior to fitment. If we feel any of our products may cause a problem we advise of this in the product text.
